    Did you modify that header.php file? If so, download a new copy of the theme and replace it manually using FTP or Cpanel to access your site files on the server.

    If not,manually deactivate that theme here:

    wp-content
   themes
      layerstheme.HOLD

    and then ask the developers of the theme for help with it.
