    Good day,

    We are experiencing issues with the Jetpack plugin and Woocommerce App.

    Our Woocommerce store is connected to the Woocommerce App via Jetpack. We receive notifications when there are new orders but when we try to view the orders in the app we receive the following error: “We couldn’t load your data” The orders only update after about 10 minutes. We also cannot view the site stats (sales and revenue) on the App dashboard.

    I have tried the following:
    1. Disabled all plugins and themes to check for conflicts
    2. Disconnected and reconnected Jetpack
    3. Contact my host

    My hosting provider sent me the following error logs:

    We’re having trouble connecting to your site which is causing the issue here. In particular, we’re getting a cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 5001 milliseconds.

    Typically this indicates that a server is under excessive load and that is causing the server to respond slowly to requests. This in turn is causing Jetpack to time out during our requests.

    To resolve this, you will want to check with your host to see if there is an excessive load on your server and if it is possible to increase your server resources. Additionally, you might want to disable any unused plugins on your site as that can help reduce load.

    Let us know what you hear back from your host and we can check the connection again.
