<p>I am updating my review with this paragraph. Be careful when considering this product, particularly the subscription as it is difficult to cancel. I am concerned about this from an ethical perspective. We stopped using this plugin due to the issues below and finding a better, simpler alternative. After stopping the use of this plugin, when it was time to renew I kept getting emails to cancel it. Sometimes, you can just not renew, but their email said that I needed to cancel it. When trying to do this, it told me that I had to go to PayPal to cancel and provided instructions that do not work. This is pretty evident problematic business practices. It should not be so difficult–even not possible–to cancel. Personally, unless Etolie develops better, more ethical business practices, I would not use any of their plugins. This should be easy to resolve, as I am confident it is easier to create a system where it is easy to cancel than to create such a difficult process. <br /><br />I really appreciated this app when we first started using it. However, more recently there have been bugs in it that are problematic. I contacted customer service and was very disappointed with the service. At first, the person was helpful and asking questions to clarify the problem. I sent links, described how what once worked was not longer working, and sent links to clarify the difference. After a bit of a break in our communication, I tried to return to resolve the issue. The response did not appear to review the previous discussion and essentially said there was not a problem. Different links in the product catalog show different things, even though everything is input the same. I felt my time was not being respected by having to repeat what I said in a new email after provide detailed information and links to show the problem. After I noted this, to encourage the person to just read back through the email chain and ask questions if something was not clear, the person became defensive and condescending, reading into the email things that were not said or implied. I sometimes forget aspects of email exchanges and have been reminded to review what was communicated. I apologize for this and correct my error when this occurs. It is easy to have miscommunications by email, but I was disappointed with the response.</p>
<p>This product has a lot of potential. However, it is not functioning for us the way that it once did. We would have looked for another product if the could not be resolved; however, after the response I received we will just avoid this product or other product by this company in the future. It is unfortunate, as this could be a very good product.</p>
