    Hi,

I’m having trouble logging into my WordPress account with Username/Password. I know my Username, however, my password had always been automatically saved. The email WP would send to re-set the password is no longer active. Is there a back way to log in? Also, when I try to go to my site http://www.BostonCityandSuburbs.com this is showing up:

Warning: require_once(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data01/65/2069765/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data01/65/2069765/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 30

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data01/65/2069765/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/class.jetpack.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5_4/lib/php’) in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas02_data01/65/2069765/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/jetpack.php on line 30

Any advice on what this is or how I can log in?

  • jetpack is cause of trouble. you need to disable it

you need to login to FTP/File manager provided by your Hosting guys and deactivate jetpack by renaming it to jetpack.HOLD . WordPress will deactvate jetpack and hopefully your website will be online

    wp-content
       Plugins
         jetpack

Ok, thanks!! I will send this info over to our hosting people.

Would you also know how to log in if I don’t remember the correct password / the email it’s associated with is no longer active?

for resetting password you can follow this link. many methods mentioned here to do so.
