Warning! wp-cron.php not found!

    Hello i am trying to remove this error from the site.

    Warning! wp-cron.php not found!

    Unfortunately WordPress cannot find the file wp-cron.php. This script is required for the the correct operation of garbage collection by this plugin, WordPress scheduled posts as well as other critical activities.

    I have asked the sever company about it and they said that they have followed the instructions, but they have many other sites on the shared server, and they rebooted server after trying the solution offered, but it still not fixed.

    Please could you let me know what im doing wrong to have this still showing?
