Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent

    Dear All,

    I just develop one plugin and it works smoothly on my local but I have one error when I install on the Server, The error show like this:

    Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/wordpress/wp-admin/admin-header.php:19) in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-fgsecure/fgsecure-admin.php on line 14

    If anyone know the solution to fix this please guide me.
    I am appreciate with your help.
