Thanks for reporting that! Checking it right now.
Solution:
You are probably running some other plugin with an outdated Freemius SDK version that have some bug. Deactivate that plugin, then activate Final Tiles Gallery, and then activate the other one. This process will auto choose the newest SDK over what is running right now.
If you want to check your plugins using Freemius go to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=freemius
Thank you for coming back so quick. We reinstalled the previous version 3.3.52 (before even the backend didn’t run anymore). In the page you mention above we only find
2.1.1 final-tiles-grid-gallery-lite/freemius final-tiles-grid-gallery-lite/FinalTilesGalleryLite.php Active
under SDK Versions then.
same problem here. The whole site went down after the update. I had to deactivate it. Now I can’t reactivate:
Warning: require_once(/home/serengra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/final-tiles-grid-gallery-lite/freemius/includes/supplements/fs-essential-functions-2.2.1.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/serengra/public_html/wp-content/plugins/final-tiles-grid-gallery-lite/freemius/includes/fs-essential-functions.php on line 39

Just updated this and have the same bug. I have had a hunt for any other freemius plugins but didn’t find any. Ended up downgrading to 3.3.46.
There is no other Freemius SDK running in my WordPress. I tried that solution (https://wordpress.org/support/topic/warning-bug-in-3-3-57/#post-11255091). Something must have broken and I don’t have the previous version to downgrade to. Thanks for your help.
Why is this thread marked as resolved?
I’m in contact with the developers of Freemius. I guess the page /wp-admin/admin.php?page=freemius doesn’t really collect all plugins using Freemius.
I suggest to deactivate all plugins then activate Final Tiles Gallery as first and then other plugins (using bulk deactivation/activation will take only few seconds).
Hi,
i deactivated all other plugins and tried to restart Final Tiles as the first plugin like mentioned as a solution above. But the same fatal error occures every time i try to reactivate the plugin although all others are deactivated.
Any other helping ideas?
Thanks in advance!
i have the same problem.
I deleted al my gallerys in the database because i taught i did something wrong is it the plugin itself 🙁
Same issue here:
PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required '/nas/content/live/www/wp-content/plugins/final-tiles-grid-gallery-lite/freemius/includes/supplements/fs-essential-functions-2.2.1.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php') in /nas/content/live/www/wp-content/plugins/final-tiles-grid-gallery-lite/freemius/includes/fs-essential-functions.php on line 39

great, now it works! Thx a lot for your quick support!
The missing file (fs-essential-functions-2.2.1.php) is now included in the plugin package, works now.
Thanks!
