Warning: Assertion failed on Past Event Page

    While on Past Event List
    I get the following error message :-

    Warning: assert() [function.assert]: Assertion failed in /home/cos/public_html/wp/wp-content/plugins/event-list/includes/db.php on line 321

    I am using this shortcode :-
    [event-list initial_date=past date_filter=past details_length=100 show_filterbar=false]
