    Hi. We’re very sorry for the misunderstanding but this isn’t correct.

    OneSignal is free to use and we would never re-sell your subscribers or anything of that sort — Beyond going against our principles, such a thing wouldn’t be technically feasible.

    We help cover the costs of our free service by providing non-personal research data to partners of ours, but of course, we would never sell your subscribers or anything like that. Our paid plans are for clients that plan to have heavy usage of OneSignal or who need extra support or data privacy.

    Hiya,

    Just popping in as I noticed this topic had a request for a moderator to look into it.

    It seems like things are OK though, the initial review had some legitimate concerns regarding the service part of the plugin, and it was answered in a good way 🙂
