What’s the code? Depending on what it is, there may be a plugin doing what you want to help you.
Edit: The home page isn’t actually a page, so you wont find it in the page listings.
It’s HTML code for BlogCatalog that needs to go in the Head section of the Home page.
If you have admin access, login and go to the Appearance > Editor tab.
From there, on the right side of the window, you should see a list of templates – the one you want is “Header”.
Once there, you can add code (if you know how) and simply click Update File. If you don’t have admin access, let us know so we can assist you further.
The only tabs I have say, Posts, Events, Media, Links, Pages, Comments, Profile, and Tools.

I’ll bet $5 in fake Monopoly money (payable to myself 🙂 ) that you have a WordPress.COM blog and are not self-hosted using WordPress.ORG software.
If that’s the case, you’re out of luck and in the wrong forum.

Sorry. When I clicked support, it led me here.
Okay. It is a .org site, based on the About info. I was led to this forum again.

You may be in the right place then.
On the left side of your WordPress dashboard is there a Plugins menu item?
If there is select http://your-blog-url/wp-admin/plugin-install.php and look for the plugin called Header and Footer. Install and activate that plugin.
This is a plugin that safely add things to your head section. Give that a try and see if it let’s you paste in that code or not.
That’s a plugin I’ve used in the past but there are others. See if that helps you out.
No plugins menu item. Perhaps I haven’t been given full admin access. Will check on that. Thanks.
