Want categories to show specific selected posts

    Hi! i wish to show selected posts on top (say like 5 posts) before the new posts with chronological order begin under a cateogory.
    Supposing i have categories like HOBBIES, FITNESS, LEISURE etc. i want show MOST popular posts first and then new posts when some one click on that category.
    Kindly help…
