Want an Appointment Plugin

Hello,

I am in need of an appointment plugin that I can add to my site where the staff can log onto the website and register what times they are free and then clients can chose those appointments with email confirmations going to me, the staff member and the client.

Can anyone suggest one they have used that will facilitate this. I dont want to keep going into the dashboard and the admin panel I want it to be an easy, simple way of people agreeing an appointment without any need for me to do anything other than be aware of the appointment for other systems.

Any suggestion would be great.
