actually it was but i sorted it by disabling bbpress and re-enabling it after that it has worked fine, this was not a browser issue not unless you count the error happening in IE FF and Chrome all which are set to never remember history or temp files/cookies a browser issue.
Problem is solved though by the above Disable then re-enable BBPress and it works fine again
I had the same issue… wizard would not work, the report feature would not work and it would lock site up.
resolved by deactivating and re-activating bbpress.
I had the same problem, had to deactivate bbpress AND buddypress and it worked.
