W3C Validator – Error in footer theme

    Hello,

    I am trying to validate my website (OpenLoge) using the W3C HTML Validator. (http://www.w3schools.com/website/web_validate.asp)

    I am making progress but it seems there is an “error” in the footer code, the validator is saying:

    Bad value complementary for attribute role on element section.
    …section id=”footer-1″ class=”widget-area footer-1 active” role=”complementary”>

    Anyone with an idea on this issue? Is it something I can modify? How?
