W3 Total Cache makes my rss feed Timeout

Hi

i did try many things suggeted but so far nothing helps

then i try to vaildait my feed > https://validator.w3.org/feed/check.cgi?url=http%3A%2F%2Fmy-fish.org%2Ffeed%2F

i get this msg timed out (Server timed out; misconfigured server?)
If i deactivate w3 Total cache everythings is fine..

i did try :

Cache feeds: site, categories, tags, comments ( unchecked )
Specify the feed types to purge: rss2 and rss1 ( checked )
Never minify the following pages: (my feed url)
Never cache the following pages:
wp-.*\.php
index\.php
/feed*
like.php
*.xml
*.rss
*.rss2
feed/

so what else i can try ?
