We are using Tablepress to present our products to our clients. Our platform is Easy Digital Download. Our caching plugin is W3 Total Cache.

When a client Adds a product to the cart, they get redirected to :
    https://www.systemcenterdudes.com/your-account/checkout/?nocache=true

Once in awhile the cart return as “Empty”, the product is not added to the cart.

The only way to fix these issues is to make a modification in the table and save it. Once done, everything works back again.

We contacted EDD and they are referring to your support. We tried everything in our Caching Plugin as well.

    Thank you,

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

This indicates that TablePress’ own output caching is involved here. I suggest to try turning that off. For that, please try installing this TablePress Extension: https://tablepress.org/download/extension/tablepress-turn-off-output-caching.zip
Just download, install, and activate this as a new plugin.
It will turn off TablePress’ internal cache, which might help here.

    Regards,
    Tobias

I just installed the caching plugin. We’ll see how it goes.
