    Hi,

My wodpress site got crashed after I enable HTML minify settings and JS minify settings.
I have tried to deactivate the plugin, delete the plugin(also remove w3tc-config, advanced-cached.php,cache in wp-content) But still can’t fix.

I try to restore from updraftplus backup, but can’t restore anymore.

Pls advise how to fix it.

    Thank you!!!

    Hello,
Can you please provide your website URL?
Also, have you tried to disable other plugins and see if the issue persists?

    Hi

I’ve sent couple times, please check. If you still couldn’t receive, do you have any email address I can send directly?

@vmarko This is plugin support. Why are you sending users off forums when you can support them here?

    Hello @jdembowski,

We need some info about the content of the wp-content folder. Just thought that this is something better not shared in public. Or is that ok?

Here’s my problem and I know you understand: in the past off forum contact has been used by some support teams to walk around the “Do Not Log Into User’s Sites Ever Or There Will Be A Big Problem Again™” rule.

You know what I am referring to. 😉

Please do not ask for off forum contact. Do not look at user’s sites with that access. It’s not needed and I want to avoid a repeat of what happened before.

    Hello @jdembowski,

Yes, I understand. And no problem.
    Thank you for your suggestion!
