W3 Total Cache changes my site look

Hi,

I installed W3 total cache, but suddenly now started to change my ‘related articles’ images size,

Instead nice 3 horizontal posts

I get big vertical images

disabled minify, but it still like this, when I deinstall W3 total cache, it get back to normal, but I don’t want to remove it because my site is slow enough already,

Any suggestion, idea please??!!
