Vizualizer plugin working with Salient

I am using the theme Salient (http://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4363266) and the Visualizer plugin, but the page will not load when trying to use Visualizer. I have had it working previously, and it seems to be only when you click on the link from the navigation… any ideas why?!
