Visuals not showing

    Hi there! I think I added the necessary visuals and their corresponding rules, but no visual is loaded in the left frame. The following steps have been taken:

    • Different Choice elements have been added
    • The choice elements have been added to one configurator
    • Visual have been added with images (.webp files), a rule that a choice must equal one option
    • The set of visuals has been linked to the created configuration

    Hello there,

    Sorry to hear your visuals are not showing up.

    Can you make sure “Visual dimensions” are set to “no”? And if that is the case, can you temporarily remove the configuration selection as well? And save the visual group.

    Hello, thanks for your quick reply. Visual dimensions were already set to ‘no’. After removing the configuration from the visuals, making them global, still no visibility. There’s probably some obvious step I missed, but I’d like to know which one.

    Hello,

    Thank you for sharing the details with us. You need to also set a base gallery image in WCB > Configurators > Configurator data > Visuals tab. These images define the base layers for the gallery images.
