Visual shortcode buttons

Hi,

When I am writing a new post or editing one, I have lost my ‘visual’ editor and don’t have any of my shortcode buttons e.g. font, bold, italic, bullet points, page break etc.

Where have they gone and how do I get them back?

Thanks
