Visual post plugin?

Hi all I am searching for a plugin that may or may not exist. On my site all of my articles have a basic thumbnail image attached to them o when they are displayed in summary form its easy to click on the image or the title to navigate to it. What I want to do is have a wall on my front page just below my nav bar that is all of these images. That way a user can decide to click on the image to goto the story or skim through the different category pages for navigation. Does something like this exist or is there a not impossible way to achieve this result? Thanks!
