Visual Editor White/Add Media Not Working

I’ve been troubleshooting an issue with the Visual Editor where it turns white. It only occurs when I enable a single plugin (and I can’t get their support team to help me troubleshoot….even though I’ve got a PREMIUM subscription to their product). I need to go live today, so I really need to get this resolved asap.

I think this is a simple fix, so here is when I see the issue:
* Only when WP Download Manager is enabled (with or without all other plugins enabled).
* The problem occurs even with the WP 2012 theme, so I am confident it is NOT a theme related problem.

To recap, here are the symptoms that occur as soon as WPDM plugin is enabled:
* Visual Editor turns “white”
* Visual Editor toolbar disappears
* Visual/Text Editor tabs don’t toggle
* Add Media button doesn’t work.
* Quick Edit link doesn’t work (page/post list)
