Visual Editor – Custom Text Colors, save?

In the visual post editor there is an ‘A’ with an underline button. Click it to reveal text colors with the option to add custom colors in the last row.

Is there a way to universally save these custom colors so they are available across all posts / pages to all editors and authors?
