Visual editor buttons not comming

    i recently upgraded wordpress from 2.0.5 to 2.3.1 and it is working smoothly. the only problem is some of the buttons are not comming like Bold, Italic, Image etc. it shows vertical bar like (“|”) this, insted of buttons. Other buttons are appearing perfectly like MORE tag, spell check etc.

    I think that, while uploading through FTP my connection stopped for 2 minutes while uploading WP-admin folder. So i reuploaded that folder again. Is it bcos of that ? should i upload that folder again ?

    everthing else is working. please help to solve this problem.
