Kind of a weird request but here it goes… I need to setup an interface where before a user/visitor posts I need them to fill out a form and provide the correct verification code (out of a list that I specify).in turn I need the completed form plus the code they entered to appear in a post.

Basically as an example imagine you’re private contractor doing landscaping you give satisfied customers a card that has a unique code on the back; and your customers would enter that code online in order to leave feedback on the service they received. In addition it would be nice if previously used codes where now unusable. This way discount coupons could be distributed based on the customers that left feedback. Couldn’t find any Plugin that could do something like this through WordPress or even Buddypress. I’m trying to modify cforms plugin to do this right now. Any and all assistants would oh so greatly appreciated

    Thanks!

This could be done fairly easily with the forms plugin that we use, Formidable Pro (I’m not affiliated with them at all, I’m just a happy user who thinks their plugin is great). They have a free version but I think you probably would need the paid version in order to have it create the post for you. You’d also have to figure out the part about having the form validate the code upon submit but that’s probably not too difficult with some JavaScript. Try posting your question at http://formidablepro.com/help-topics/ and they’ll give you some advice on how hard this would be.
