That page is called Site Stats, and it is easy to lose track of since it is not always obvious where it lives depending on how you are accessing your site.
If you are using WordPress.com (not a self hosted site)
1. Log into WordPress.com
2. Look at the left sidebar menu
3. Click Stats (it usually has a small bar chart icon next to it)
If you do not see it in the sidebar, you can also go straight there by typing this into your browser, replacing yoursite with your actual site name.

If you are using a self hosted WordPress.org site with Jetpack installed
1. Log into your wp-admin dashboard
2. Look in the left sidebar for Jetpack
3. Click Stats under that menu
If Jetpack is not installed, the built in Site Stats feature will not be available, since it is powered by Jetpack’s connection to WordPress.com’s stats service, even on self hosted sites.
Official WordPress.com Stats documentation, https://wordpress.com/support/stats/, covers this
For the free version of WordPress.org, there are numerous other statistics plugins that allow you to do this. Unfortunately, we don’t know which one you’re using or have used. It’s best to check under “Plugins” to see if any of the ones you used for this purpose are deactivated. Just reactivate it.
