Visible only for Logged in Users?

    Hello. I am looking for a solution like this that will only be visible for logged in users. The site we are currently working on allows only logged in users to see pricing and to use add to cart functions. While testing this plugin, it seems, when activated this is always visible. Is there a way to have this plugin only visible when a customer logs in?

    Also, is there a way to add (1) Add to cart button at the bottom of the table that would add all product variations and quantities to the cart in one shot?
