I have added a html widget to the sidebar widget to display address details, and wanted to use the ‘Visibility’ option to control where this shows. I added:

Show if category and in the last drop down the only category that appears is ‘Uncategorised’ when I have added 5 other categories in Products, the slugs for these are grandfather-clocks, bracket-clocks, wall-clocks, french-clocks and so on.

I was expecting to be able to choose these categories, and even when I instead choose ‘All category pages’ it still doesnt control it, as then the sidebar should only appear on the category pages, but as you see it also appears on every other page

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Sorry I got it slightly wrong, I have chosen ‘Show if category is All category pages’ and it now doesnt appear anywhere, it doesnt seem to offer the categories I have created.

Hey @accend4web – the conditional adding of widgets is a Jetpack feature and not related to Storefront or WooCommerce. If you give me a screenshot of the widgets configuration, I’m happy to test if I can reproduce the issue.
