Virus on site

Hi .. I have recently seemed to be overtaken on my site by a virus .. the site is http://www.photoguild.com word press kicks in on the second page .. I have disabled comments from un regisered users …thinking that is where is was coming from .. I have deleted all the commments that were obviously spam and re upload all the admin diretory ..

Any clues on what I should do next … I have read all previous posts and tried to take corrective action however apparently its still hanging about
