virtue theme won't load on Macbook

my website will not load properly on a mac. It did load last month. We had a board meeting, and two Mac users could not load the site properly (using safari and google chrome). I was on a PC using safari and had no problems. It now partially loads which is different from an hour ago, but I must refresh a page to get media. the home page media is a mess and never loads. Can anyone tell me what is going on? Thanks in advance. I need this sorted out asap for funding raising. :0
