Virtual Terminal for Phone Orders?

I’ve read through all the documentation on Woo and searched this forum and various search engines. But, I cannot find an answer. My client is considering having me install WooPayments on his website, but about 1/4 of his orders are submitted via phone. In this case, how would he accept payments with WooPayments? For my own business use, I use Square, which enables me to use a virtual terminal, of course, at a higher transaction fee. Is this option possible with WooPayments? If not, I may need to recommend another option.
