virtual product order processing

Here is the problem. Folks must complete a form which includes information, before the order can be processed.

example, client wants to buy an ssl cert and have us install.

It should work like this.. The order must be forced into a pending status, even if paid, until the credentials to access the site are received.

The best way to do this, force the data entry a form on the site, is on or after they place the order.

The client may need a day or so to gather the information and should get a reminder 2X per day of the outstanding info requirement until such info is submitted.
