    Good morning,

    I don’t know if I need to contact you about this, but it concerns the following.

    I’ve created several VIP icons in Peepso, and some users have been assigned an icon.

    In PMPRO, you can specify that someone who signs up for a membership will be assigned an additional icon.

    However, when their membership expires, all VIP icons are removed.

    Including the ones they already had before signing up.

    This isn’t convenient.

    It seems to me that if PMPRO adds an icon (the premium icon in this case), when the membership ends, it only removes that icon and leaves the others intact.

    Again, I don’t know if you can do anything about this, but I’d appreciate hearing from you.
