    Hey, Hope you are doing well. I recently updated the Tutor plugin. I am using the latest version now. In the previous version, a student can’t download videos from the website. But, now a student can easily download all videos using software and browsers addon. Is there any way to solve this issue?

    Hi Moshiur,

    Thanks a lot for using our Tutor LMS and contacting us. Please navigate to Tutor LMS > Settings > General and then Enable and Disable the Vimeo player: https://prnt.sc/olc2yd. Hopefully, it will resolve the issue for you.

    Thank you for your reply. I already checked your recommendation. Unfortunately, it didn’t resolve the issue. A student can download video easily using IDM. In the previous version, this plugin video security was awesome. Maybe something wrong in the latest version. Hope you will find the issue and send us an update in the next version. Thanks again.

    I’m having some difficulty to know the reason why it’s not working for you. It will be more pleasing for me if you open a support thread on our support forum.
