Viewing status, meta-data
-
Hi this seems to have potential. What do you recommend to view this information on a post? Thanks.

Hi enquirer32
Sorry, could you explain that question more, please.
You want to see metadata on a post?
Yes, I want to see the data input eg Status = Pitch, maybe a date for the draft and if it exists Pitch etc. What about editorial comments – see that too? A list of the users who might receive the notifications etc.
Hi enquirer32
They should already be appearing when you create posts:

https://pressshack.com/publishpress/docs/editorial-comments/Any chance you could explain more with screenshots? For example, where would you like to see the data input and comments?
Could you email help@PressShack.com with those details, please.

So, front end on a published post.
Hi Enquirer
Interesting question. The original plugin (Edit Flow) was designed to work entirely in the admin area.
We wouldn’t be opposed to making metadata available on the front end, perhaps in a widget.
Would you want it to be publicly visible?
Sure – as the website isn’t. I’m using WP to write a book…
OK, thanks @enquirer32. We’ll talk about this with our team. It’s not the intended use of metadata, but we’ll see if a workaround is possible.
Thank you. This kind of plugin could be used as an external project management system if meta data could be viewed on the post itself. Not everyone might want to use this for managing a blog.
