I am sorry, but, I am not clear about this scenario, I took a look at your Resources page but couldn’t find an Essential Addons widget being used, so I need a bit more detail to pin this down. Could you please share: 1) A screenshot of the exact viewer download error you’re seeing, and where it appears. 2) The specific page/section and which widget you believe is ours. 3) Your current WordPress, Elementor and Essential Addons versions.
Also, could you temporarily disable the right-click-disabled script while testing?
That kind of protection can sometimes interfere with viewer and download behaviour. Once I have these, I’ll be happy to investigate further.
