    Navigate to wp-admin > User Frontend > Forms > Edit a Form > Post Settings. Now, uncheck the ‘Guest Post’ option which will not allow the users to post without logged in.

    However, the restriction for viewing posts for the guest users or users who logged depends on the theme functionality.
