View Image Map Tool

I made some clickable maps wit this tool.

Can someone help me with two viewing questions?

1. how do I get rid of the dotted rectangle when you hoover the mouse over the clickable area? Off course I just want to get rid of viewing the dotted rectangle, not the rectangle itself, because that makes the hyperlink

2. is there any way to make the background of the map transparent again? The background of the map is transparent in Photoshop, but now it’s white
