“View flickr photos from today”

    Anyway. I’d like to have it so next to the date, WordPress shows a “View flickr photos from today” if there are flickr photos from that day, and “No flickr photos taken today” if there aren’t any.

    What would that take? I’m a competent coder, and have worked on various open source software, but I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around templates, themes, and plugins.

    I assume I will need a change to my theme, and also an associated plugin. Am I right?
