I’m having the exact same problem. It just recently started.
Fernando – I just unchecked Use IFRAME embed code and everything now works fine. You may want to try that.

I am facing the same problem with version 4.0 and WP 3.5.1 … Tried several suggestion, including unchecking “Use IFRAME embed code”, but it won’t work.
It says: “This video is not existing”? It shows the whole frame work etc, but no video’s …
Any suggestions?
p.s with one video it works, but not when I am adding a playlist like this:
