video URL

hi there, love the plugin – thanks for this.
one query – my client often embeds videos within their post content. so they paste in say a youtube URL https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vidID1234x and on the website this gets embedded as a youtube object in the page (as per the standard wordpress video handling). however, in the PDF there is nothing at all. would it be possible to (optionally) show the video URL instead? because the preceding text of the post says “…in the following video:”

finally, would be great to be able to manage header image sizing via CSS or a filter rather than having to replicate the whole header.php file.
