Video thumbnail

I use the youtube embed code
<iframe width=”560″ height=”315″ src=”//www.youtube.com/embed/rOGG2y17xM” frameborder=”0″ allowfullscreen></iframe>
in a new entry.

When I publish/share it I see in facebook my logo. I want to show a video thumbnail instead of it.
How can this be done?
