Video sharing site

Hello everyone ..
I’m thinking to build a video sharing site affiliated to my http://www.youtips.net .. (so it will be a kind of how-tos videos).

I asked a question in a webmaster forum, and was about to use common scripts such as clip-bucket .. but I was told to try wordpress to do that ..

So, do you know any plugin to make WordPress work like Youtube ?
Do you have examples (links) of similar sites running with wordpress ?
