Video Posting Themes

Hey, i was wondering if there were any themes geared towards video posting. There is a wordpress theme for the website http://www.noob.us and in their main page it shows a screenshot of the video, and when it is clicked it goes to the single.php page, and on that page it has the video and not the screenshot that was shown on the main page.

Anyone know of a theme that automatically does that or how i would do it? or would that be a plugin?
