Video play error

I have been asked to build a video site for a friends newspaper website and I would like to use HDW player with WP.
I am attempting to add video using direct url and even after changing the url to eliminate blanks and such I get “NetStream.Play.StreamNotFound” what do I need to do to correct this? Thanks
