    Hello,

    I added the video (mp4 format) to my product gallery but it’s not displaying on the product page. Is it possible that there are compatability issues? I’m using Elementor and another plugin for making photos display in a slider . Product Gallery Slider For WooCommerce

    There’s no need to install another gallery plugin, as our plugin provides the same layout already on your site. Please also enable the “Allow Template Filter” and “Remove Action” options from our plugin settings pageIf your product template is designed with Elementor.

    Thank you. Checking those 2 boxes did the trick. However now the layout doesn’t seem to be functioning as I understand it should. I’ve selected “Vertical Right” in the Slider Layout setting. But the layout appears as this

    Am I correct in expecting the 3 smaller images to display vertically when that setting is selected?

    In addition how can I turn off the lightbox? When the user clicks on one of the other images, I want that to display as the main large image. Currently lightbox is not selected – see 2nd screensho

    Hello, the lightbox is automatically applied from Elementor, please disable lightbox from Elementor.
    Also, could you please use the shortcode in the product template provided on our plugin settings page? Right now, the thumbnail gallery HTML is being modified and rendered on the frontend, and any plugin or theme hook might be overwriting its layout. Could you please confirm if you have deactivated or removed other gallery plugins?

    The video is also not displaying for me…. have those two things check-marked… I use Kadence Pro for the theme, blocks and shop kit … something is wonky:

    Reverting to version 1.5.19 fixes the issue… any version after that causes the problem of the main video not displaying (including the last release 1.5.2.3 which I also tried.
