Video links / Embedding Admin issues

I just started using WP.org andwent to post my first video from Vimeo and it didn’t work. Tried YouTube, didn’t work. WP is changing the info to a link or not allowing the flash to display. No matter what I try to post the actual video, it will not display. I am the Admin of the account and there are no other users.

Help?
