Video does not populate when inserted from URL

I am trying to build a video gallery with Vimeo videos. When I try to ‘Add Video’ by inserting from URL, it has taken several tries to get the video to get added to the gallery. The first three eventually populated, but on the fourth I can’t add it no matter how many times I try. I have about 20 videos to add in this gallery. I am using the Content Popup 2 template.

Also, adding a link within the description to download a pdf file is not working. The links are correct, but I get back the following error-

:error: Not Found – It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?

Thank You for contacting with us and for telling us about your request. I will say you the way how to upload videos from the Vimeo. Please make sure that you are putting the URL of the video with following format:
https://vimeo.com/217215803It will work for You. On our next version we will fix that problem. But for now this is the way how to solve that problem.
