    I uploaded the same .mp4 video with h264 and h265 but no one of them is working: instead of the video there is this text:

    “Oops – it looks like we had trouble retrieving data about the video you requested. Please make sure your video URL is supported and in the proper format.”

    which video codecs and file format can I use with soliloquy?
    For example .mp4 with h465 or h264 is ok? any suggestions?
    Which video formats for compatibility with android and iphone too?

    Hi 🙂 The video addon is only available through the premium version of the plugin, may I ask how you are setting up your slider to accept your video? Are you just using an image and updating the image URL?
